• Plan, organize, and supervise asbestos abatement projects from start to finish.
• Conduct inspections to assess the presence of asbestos and develop abatement strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
• Train and supervise team members on proper handling and disposal of asbestos materials
• Working in confined spaces like crawl spaces/attics.
• Level 1, 2 and 3 mould remediation
• Type 1, 2 and 3 asbestos abatement.
• Trauma/Biohazard abatement.
• Assist with tear out and demolition of all damaged finishes.
• Removing Asbestos/Lead/Mold from ceilings, walls, beams, boilers, and other structures following hazardous waste handling guidelines;
• Constructing containment units;
• Assisting with other non-asbestos work orders
• Providing assistance on general construction jobs
