JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and experienced Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the construction and restoration sectors, with a focus on asbestos abatement and mold remediation. This role requires a strong understanding of industry standards, particularly OSHA regulations, to ensure compliance and safety throughout all phases of production.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in production management within the construction or restoration industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations related to construction safety.
• Familiarity with asbestos abatement processes and mold remediation techniques is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to construction, restoration, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and regulations throughout all project phases.
• Conduct site assessments to identify hazards and ensure proper safety protocols are in place.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and resources necessary for project completion.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, including any challenges or changes in scope.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
