REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years’ experience on site or office in a UKAS accredited company.
• P402 certification is essential; additional asbestos modules are a plus
• Strong understanding of asbestos-related regulations, guidelines, and best practices
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members
• Full UK driving license

• Undertake the day-to-day operations of asbestos management projects including management of the company’s internal works board, ensuring positive commercial outcome, efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure effective execution of multiple asbestos management projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders, fostering positive partnerships and promoting the company’s reputation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and guidelines related to asbestos management, including environmental and occupational health and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the asbestos management team, identifying areas for optimisation, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices.
• Monitor project progress to ensure projects are always on track. Where projects are not on track communicate with the admin team to ensure air monitoring, clients and hire equipment is effectively managed as required.
