As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll help support the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we’re known for. • Establish Fulfillment process, to confirm Clear to Build of Ford vehicle and powertrain schedules.
• Develop single bill of process with global MP&L teams
• Implement and refine Responsible Accountable, Consulted and Informed (RACI) model with cross-functional teams, to resolve supply risks across Ford’s production schedule horizon.
• Establish and execute process to review supply gaps with business partners, to ensure Clear to Build readiness.
• Utilize Pega for case management escalation process, with cross functional stakeholders
• Define and execute escalation matrix, to address supply gaps across leadership levels to deliver production plan.
• Develop KPI and Metrics supporting fulfillment process.
• Publish metrics and lead problem solving actions, to drive continuous improvement actions
• Provide People Leader support for Fulfillment Escalation Team
• Support people development opportunities.
• Develop and rollout objectives.
• Execute Mid-year and Final Performance reviews.
