• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn about HR functions and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but not required.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation and training sessions.
• Maintain employee records and update databases with new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in implementing improvements.
