Are you a passionate and experienced educator with a strong background in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? TimePlan Education is working in partnership with a thriving secondary school in Bournemouth to recruit a dedicated ASD Provision Lead to join their team from September/October 2025.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has significant experience working with children or young people with ASD, ideally in a leadership or coordination role.
  • Holds relevant teaching or SEND qualifications (QTS or equivalent desirable but not essential).
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Is compassionate, patient, and committed to inclusive education.
  • Can effectively liaise with families, staff, and external professionals.

Responsibilities

As ASD Provision Lead, you will:

  • Oversee the development and delivery of the school’s specialist provision for students with ASD.
  • Lead and manage a team of support staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Work closely with the SENCO, teaching staff, and external agencies to provide tailored support.
  • Create and monitor individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
  • Promote inclusion and positive outcomes for students with ASD across the school community.
