This is a competition for Casual Educational Assistants (CUPE 2745 position) with Anglophone West School District. Educational Assistant Classification Specification: Educational Assistant [https://www2.gnb.ca/content/dam/gnb/Departments/ohr-brh/pdf/classification/e/261/EducationalAssistant.pdf] Whereas the nature of an Educational Assistant requires timely deployment to work on short-notice, it is expected that those named to our supply list will live within ASD-W boundaries and a reasonable proximity to selected schools. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school supplemented by completion of an approved training course related to the field of work, and experience or demonstrated ability in dealing with children; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
