If you are a proactive and innovation-obsessed individual, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our collaboration and innovation center as an Innovation Consultant. The Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) and Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE) sit within this center and are where we bring clients, experts, and emerging technologies together to tackle complex challenges and co-create future-ready solutions. The team sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and design—leveraging global networks and capabilities to shape the future of public services, financial services, and beyond.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years’ experience in a consulting, innovation, or entrepreneurial environment, with demonstrated ownership of workstreams or small teams
  • Proven ability to structure and deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations in a clear and compelling format (e.g. client-ready presentations, reports, or visual artefacts)
  • Experience engaging and communicating with diverse stakeholders across levels and functions, ideally including client-facing exposure
  • Demonstrated interest in startups, emerging technologies, or digital innovation—through work, side projects, or community involvement
  • Strong organisational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive and self-directed approach to problem solving
Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Design and lead segments of AIE innovation sessions, applying design thinking methodologies, user-centric approaches, and emerging technology insights to shape compelling client engagements
  • Own the development of visual artefacts such as concept visuals, journey maps, wireframes, and lightweight prototypes that translate strategic ideas into tangible concepts
  • Conduct and synthesise research on emerging technologies, digital trends, and startup ecosystems to identify implications and opportunities for clients
  • Shape innovation narratives and use cases, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to define opportunity areas that align with client priorities
  • Curate and deliver immersive innovation experiences, showcasing technologies and trends in a way that is relevant and inspiring for clients
  • Co-design and facilitate ASE (Accelerated Solutions Environment) engagements, helping structure and run high-impact co-creation workshops that drive alignment, prioritisation, and actionable outcomes
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the AIE/ASE environment, including venue setup, technology management, SOP documentation, and coordination via the shared mailbox
  • Actively engage with the global AIE/ASE community, representing the team in meetings, sharing local insights, and connecting with demo owners globally to source and curate relevant experiences
  • Drive awareness of AIE/ASE through internal marketing efforts, including content creation, event promotion, and regular newsletter distribution

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for owning and executing initiatives to drive corporate innovation for our clients in an innovation consulting culture. The successful candidate will participate to shape and transform our clients’ innovation journey.
Based on clients demands and problem statements, you will be part of an exciting process of identifying customers’ needs, proposing and developing innovative solutions.
