This role supports continuous production by preparing base/blend on demand for downstream operations while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards. What You’ll Do Execute aseptic batching processes accurately according to batch sheets and production schedules Order, inspect, and verify raw ingredients and ensure timely delivery from Gatekeeper Coordinate assist operators on prep tasks (e.g., vegetable weights, premix batching) Maintain precise documentation of batch records and product attributes (pH, Brix, viscosity) Ensure base/blend availability for VTIS/Silo Operator by batching ahead of demand Monitor inventory levels, manage yields, and minimize product loss Perform start-up checks, inspect equipment, and ensure proper connections and leak-free operation Operate and troubleshoot Soup/Almix systems, including control panels and processing equipment Conduct CIP (Clean-in-Place), Kosherization, and routine maintenance (AM/PM activities) Maintain compliance with GMP, food safety, and company safety standards Manage process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) per batch requirements Support cross-functional tasks and assist in other areas as needed Requirements What You’ll Need Ability to read, interpret, and execute batch sheets accurately Strong understanding of GMP, food safety, and quality standards Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and unit conversions Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills Effective communication skills (oral and written) Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment Working knowledge of WCM principles (preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment Legible handwriting and strong organizational skills
