OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• To manage the administration and logistics of the Careers Service central learning and development programme and providing digital activity support.
• To take responsibility for the administration of access, student employability, success and development and communication to key stakeholders as appropriate and oversee the work of this area.
• To support a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do with support for a single Professional Services (PS) team working flexibly across organisational boundaries.
• This role provides frontline information and advice to student and graduate users of the Careers Service in person and online.
