Provide leadership and direct supervision for the team carrying out production support for the Oracle E-Business Suite instance of Emerson. Manage escalations, critical enterprise-wide issues and process improvements. Collaborate with business units for issues resolution and for transition of new implementation projects post go live. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Provide leadership and direct supervision to Support team Incident Management Request and Problem Ticket Management Perform critical resourcing decision based on team availability, required tasks, Priority to the business Point of Contact within the Application Support Group Address Critical Incident Escalation and coordinate with appropriate individuals and/or groups to bring issue to resolution. Maintain system stability post upgrades Assume ownership of support for new projects and implementations Lead relationship calls with business units Ensure operational KPIs consistently meet defined targets Foster a collaborative environment where team members propose ideas and initiatives to reduce escalations Enhance customer engagement while encouraging innovation Conduct performance evaluations and establish clear goals for team members Identify and address the skills gaps to meet business units demands Who You Are: You analyze situations by asking the right questions, gathering diverse data, and identifying root causes. You evaluate options thoughtfully, take ownership, follow through on commitments, and ensure accountability. You communicate effectively, listen attentively, adapt to your audience, share timely information, and encourage diverse perspectives. For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 6 years Oracle Applications Experience A proven history of successful People Management experience Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a demanding user environment Extensive knowledge of Oracle E-business suite Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications Experience with full System Development Life Cycle Experience in Oracle RDBMS and UNIX Coding experience in SQL, PL/SQL/Oracle Reports and Forms skills.
