You’ll be the backbone of the bar team—keeping everything organized, stocked, and ready so bartenders can deliver exceptional guest experiences. Who You Are: Dependable Supporter: You’re reliable and punctual, always ready to keep the bar running smoothly. Organized Multitasker: You manage multiple priorities with ease and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar. Collaborative Team Player: You work hand-in-hand with bartenders, servers, and managers to ensure flawless service. Guest-Focused: You understand that every detail contributes to an outstanding guest experience. Adaptable and Positive: You stay calm under pressure and bring a can-do attitude to every shift. What You’ll Do: Replenish and restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies throughout the shift. Assist bartenders with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts or events. Prepare garnishes such as lemon, lime, and orange wedges, as well as other drink essentials like cherries and olives. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by washing and drying glassware, wiping down surfaces, and removing trash regularly. Keep the bar organized, ensuring tools, equipment, and supplies are easily accessible. Clear dirty glasses and empty drinkware from guest tables and bar counters. Monitor stock levels and alert bartenders or management when supplies are running low. Provide friendly assistance to guests with basic requests or questions. Support bartenders during peak hours to ensure timely delivery of food & beverages. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for beverage handling and bar cleanliness. Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and regulations. Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing 75 pounds or more to support bar operations. Ability to perform continual bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume bar environment. Your Experience Includes: Previous experience as a Barback in a high volume, upscale Hotel or free-standing lounge environment is preferred. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining efficiency and accuracy under pressure. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
