Description
The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the Hong Kong Content development & Sales Teams. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active and self-motivated person to assist the team in day to day tasks & activities. Research Summaries: Compiling summaries of published research Tracking Research changes: Tracking & reporting changes done by research to stock ratings & price targets Maintaining the meeting agenda: Co-ordinating with analysts in Asia-Pacific region to schedule the morning meetings on a daily basis Week Ahead: Preparing earnings calendar for Asia Pacific region Events Calendar: Preparing a list of economic data events Speaker Tracking: Tracking of speaker details who have presented in the morning & afternoon meetings Ad-hoc requests: There will also be adhoc requests related to markets We are looking for a confident and outgoing person, who has exceptional attention to detail and is proactive in taking initiative. Graduate (B.Com/BMS graduates with 1-2 years of financial market exposure) or CFA Level 1 clear with financial market knowledge Excellent communication skills both written & verbal; Excellent business writing skills Advanced knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
