The EiP Program Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Early in Profession hiring and development across Asia. This role is pivotal in shaping the future workforce by driving demand planning, enhancing EiP experience, and enabling talent development initiatives to build a future leadership pipeline and improve organization talent bench.
