The Chief Strategy and Engagement Officer (CSEO) serves as part of senior management of APC, reporting to the CEO. The CSEO’s job description is as follows:

REQUIREMENTS

Together with a high-level of personal integrity, candidates should demonstrate a strong track record as team player, bring experience and expertise in social impact and philanthropy, and fulfil the following requirements.

• Strong alignment with the mission and vision of APC.
• Exceptional leaders with high level of commitment, willingness and ability to help grow APC.
• Strategic and a strong achievement orientation.
• Outstanding people skills, with credibility and ability to engage experienced philanthropists, and engagement across sectors and global philanthropic partners.
• A track record of a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, with at least two years of social or philanthropy sector experience in Asia.
• International, cross-cultural experience.
