We are seeking a highly motivated, performance driven Sales and Marketing Manager with a focus on the China market and other key export markets within Asia.
The successful candidate will play a central role in moving Bleasdale to the next exciting stage of export development and will need to demonstrate high levels of judgement and initiative as well as the capacity to operate autonomously.

Regular export travel to China and other key Asian markets will be a key requirement of this role

• Create and execute sales methods and forward sales plans, enhancing customer

relationships and achieve maximum service levels and sales results.

• Provide marketing promotion and activation through traditional on-trade / off-trade

accounts, e-commerce, social media channels with regular activity.

• Secure growth and achieve new business targets through sales expertise.
• Development of wine sales strategies in selected markets to generate long term brand volume & value growth
• Support General Manager in capturing and maintaining wine sales and market share.
• Monitor and respond to changes in global wine import and export policies, with the initiative to adjust with forward thinking marketing strategies.
• Assist with overall logistics and communication from accurate and timely bottling specifications and packing configuration required for the winery to FOB handover with freight forwarding and through to shipping to final destination.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales and marketing: 5 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• WSET 3 Certificate (Required)
