Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). A firm understanding of the banking industry, risk management disciplines, and major regulatory themes. Ability to deal with ambiguity, take ownership, establish structure around unfocused issues, and drive consensus to solve problems. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex topics, build relationships, and influence and manage stakeholders. Experience in coaching and mentoring team members and taking an active role in their career development. Experience in Agile development practice, Design Thinking, or User-Centered Design is desired.
