Do you want to help shape the future of radio networks? You'll work across the full development lifecycle—from early architectural studies to post-silicon validation—collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring innovative radio solutions to market. What you will do: In the role of ASIC Architect, you will plan, drive, and contribute to the following activities: Participate in early-phase studies and benchmarking activities to define future ASIC functionalities. Collaborate with other architects and product systems teams to finalize requirements. Drive development teams to deliver on ASIC specifications. Act as technical lead, supporting project managers and development teams. Promote innovation and process improvements within ASIC development. Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics, or related field. Approximately 10 years of experience in ASIC development, with deep understanding of the full development flow. Proven ability to translate system-level requirements into ASIC architecture and design. Experience leading cross-functional teams through various phases of ASIC development. o Radio access systems and components o Embedded CPUs and IP integration o High-speed interfaces (PCIe, CPRI, JESD204, DDR, Ethernet) o Advanced silicon nodes and implementation challenges o Low-power and energy-efficient ASIC design Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and strong decision-making abilities.
