Proven people management experience with strong listening, coaching and leadership skills. Background in R&D environments and familiarity with ASIC development processes. Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver change initiatives—able to translate improvement ideas into actionable plans and drive adoption across teams. Ability to drive collaboration, build trust and enable effective exchange of information within and across teams. Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities; pragmatic decision-making. Comfortable balancing delivery commitments with longer-term process and tool improvements. Hands-on technical experience with Ethernet IP implementations. Deep domain expertise in specific ASIC design tools or flows (can be developed while in role).
