Responsibilities include, but not limited to: The ASIC PCIe Subsystem Lead in the ASIC Development Engineering Group at Micron Technology, Inc., will be a leadership of the SSD project and core technical individual contributor in PCIe PHY and controller subsystem integration of the SSD product controller. In this highly visible and challenging role, your responsibilities will include micro-architecture development and product definition, subsystem integration and suggestions for PCIe validation and bring-up plan, RTL design and implementation of PCIe subsystem. You will be working very closely with architecture, firmware, design verification and validation teams both domestic and overseas on different projects. Minimum Qualifications: Experience with high-speed protocols: PCIe, USB, SATA, DisplayPort, HDMI. Etc. Knowledge and/or experience in PCIe PHY or SerDes design is required. Knowledge and/or experience in large scale design projects is required. Knowledge of storage or memory device protocols: NVMe is a plus. Hands-on experience with Design/Verification CAD tools such as VCS, VC-Spyglass CDC, LINT, LEC, Design Compiler, Formality, PrimeTime, etc. Knowledge of TCL, PERL or Python is a plus. MS degree in Electrical Engineering with 13+ years of experience is required Preferred Skills and Experience: ASIC Design experience of 15+ years is required. 10+ years of PCIe protocol (Gen4, Gen5, Gen6), PCIe PHY or Controller design, and PCIe bring-up experiences. Has experience in project leadership or team leadership. Good coordination skills. Strong proven understanding with PCIe standards. High problem-solving skills, streamlined process approach and highly motivated. Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues. Responsibilities
