Job Description As an ASIC Test engineer (m/f/diverse) for Aumovio ASICs you are responsible for defining and implementing the toplevel test concept of an ASIC based on the analog test concept and the digital test concept. In close cooperation with the design- and design-for-test team, You develop an ATE test concept and ATE test program for the ASIC that can be used and refined for series production when moving from the development to the production stage. Your tasks will focus on the following activities: Support the development for test concepts for ASIC module functions based on the module and system level requirements Development of ATE test concepts and ATE test programs Maintenance and adaptation of the development ATE test program Collaboration with worldwide digital and analog design, layout, verification, test and application teams Documentation of test concepts, functionality and procedures Validation and verification of implemented test functionality and concepts Documentation of test concepts, functionality and procedures Qualifications Master of Science / PhD in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics / Physics or similar Experience in developing tests and ATE testprograms Experience in developing DFT specifications and driving DFT architecture and methods for designs Experience in developing test concepts for analog blocks, functions and ASIC chiptop Knowledge in design and simulation of analog and mixed signal circuits using state-of-the-art ASIC design tools Knowldge in design and simulation of digital circuits using state-of-the-art ASIC design tools Knowledge in semiconductor production processes (manufacturing, testing, failure analysis) Planning and organizing skills, ability to take initiative and to communicate effectively, eagerness to grow and develop Very good English language skills (both written and spoken), advanced German language skills appreciated Team player with good communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment Motivation and inspiration Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
