2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, Master's, or PhD on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship Be available to work 40 hours per week during the summer or Co-Op term A passion for automation and a track record (coursework, side projects, internships) of building tools or processes to improve workflow Basic data analysis skills (e.g. exploring datasets, summarizing insights, cleaning / transforming data) Programming experience in Python, and familiarity with C or C++ Strong curiosity, persistence, and an eagerness to learn Experience with machine learning frameworks or libraries Exposure to large datasets, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis Previous collaboration in cross‑functional / distributed teams
