Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative management and coordination of various parts of the recruitment and selection process, in order to comply with the defined standards, as well as with business and HR objectives.
“This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership”.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Requires bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business and Administration, Education, Human Resources or related, and up to 1 year of experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated organizational ability with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use creativity in problem solving in a fast-paced virtual/learning environment (e.g. during a live virtual training event) while providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to adjust quickly and effectively to changing priorities and deadlines and to provide timely responses to our clients.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible and organized to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Contributing team member willing to step in to support critical department deadlines as needed.
  • Advanced English level (will be evaluated in interview).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing various administrative tasks in support of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Acting as a liaison between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Receiving and reviewing the requisitions and vacancies that arrive in the system, ensuring the consistency of the information as well as the defined standards.
  • Reviewing the job descriptors in terms of an inclusive language and performing the translation in Spanish/English, also ensuring the requirements of internal audits.
  • Performing the posting of vacancies, once they have been authorized by the functional managers.
  • Coordinating and scheduling local and distance interviews.
  • Managing and keeping track of applications and candidates, including the disposition of candidates through the applicant tracking process, the generation of offer documents for the selected candidates and the maintenance of accurate data in the corresponding systems.
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new employees through the onboarding process.
  • Preparing reports when required.
