RESUMEN DEL PUESTO El rol tiene como objetivo garantizar que cada espacio del resort mantenga la belleza natural y el estándar de lujo distintivo de Nekajui mediante el apoyo coordinado y flexible a dos áreas clave: floristería y plantas de interior, actuando como un verdadero embajador de estética, sostenibilidad y servicio. El/La Asistente de Florista y Mantenimiento de Plantas de Interior apoya de manera integral las operaciones combinadas de floristería y cuidado de plantas de interior en Nekajui, a Ritz‑Carlton Reserve. Será responsable de colaborar estrechamente con el/la Florista y el/la Especialista de Plantas de Interior, garantizando la estética, frescura y armonía de arreglos florales y vegetación en habitaciones, áreas públicas, restaurantes, Spa y espacios especiales. Este rol actúa como soporte operativo diario y como cubrimiento total del puesto durante días libres, vacaciones o incapacidades. Su trabajo contribuye a asegurar que cada espacio del resort refleje el lujo natural, la sostenibilidad y la esencia de la marca, mientras mantiene los estándares excepcionales de seguridad, limpieza y hospitalidad. Garantiza un entorno seguro y una experiencia excepcional para nuestros huéspedes. Reporta de inmediato cualquier accidente, lesión o condición insegura y completa la formación y certificaciones requeridas en seguridad. Cumple con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, asegurando una imagen profesional mediante uniforme y presentación impecables. Realiza tareas físicas propias del puesto, como alcanzar, doblar, girar, subir escaleras y manipular objetos de hasta 11 kg, manteniendo energía y disposición durante toda la jornada. Cumple con otras funciones razonables asignadas por los supervisores, contribuyendo al éxito del equipo y a la excelencia del servicio. COMPETENCIAS, EXPERIENCIA Y CUALIFICACIONES RECOMENDADAS Indispensable • Orientación al servicio: Experiencia en atención al cliente en entornos de hospitalidad, retail o eventos. • Organización y detalle: Capacidad para mantener espacios ordenados y cumplir estándares de calidad. • Cumplimiento de protocolos: Familiaridad con normas básicas de seguridad e higiene laboral. Deseable • Experiencia en floristería, jardinería o mantenimiento de plantas. • Creatividad y habilidad manual. • Experiencia en hospitalidad o lujo. • Licencia de conducir (para apoyo logístico interno del área).
