Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential. 半導体製造装置メーカーにおけるデモラボの安定稼働を支える、Facility Management（設備管理・工事管理）業務全般を担当していただきます。デモ機を稼働させるための電気・ガス・水などのユーティリティ設備を中心に、クリーンルームの運用・保全を現場で担うポジションです。具体的には：・半導体装置デモ機を稼働させるための電気・ガス・水などユーティリティ設備の管理・保全・クリーンルームの日常管理および年3回実施される定期メンテナンス対応・プロセスエンジニアからの設備対応・改善要請への対応・社屋および施設に関わる各種工事対応（レイアウト変更、改修工事等）・工事会社・協力会社との調整、現場での進捗・コスト管理・設備トラブル発生時の社内オンコール対応【必須（MUST）】・工場、研究施設、プラント等における設備保全／設備据付の実務経験（3年以上）・ユーティリティ設備（電気、空調、冷却水、ガス等）の保守・設置・運用経験・電気系資格を保有している方（例：電気主任技術者、電気工事士等）・日本語：ネイティブレベル・英語：日常会話レベル以上 ※チームは日本人のみで構成されているため日本語はネイティブレベルを歓迎 ※直属の上司とのコミュニケーションは日本語使用が可能ですが、上位上司との面接は英語で実施されます。また、エンジニアの1/3ほどが外国籍のため、日常会話程度の英語が必要となります。【歓迎（WANT）】・クリーンルーム環境での設備管理・運用経験・半導体業界、製造業、研究施設等での設備管理経験・高圧ガス製造保安責任者・危険物取扱者・毒物劇物取扱責任者 Apply today to be part of what’s next. Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall facility and construction management of a semiconductor demo lab, focusing on utility equipment like electricity, gas, and water. This includes cleanroom maintenance, responding to improvement requests from engineers, and managing external contractors for facility renovations.
