The ASOC Team Leader will be responsible for supporting and managing security operations in order to help the wider security team protect our organizations people, property, information and reputation. Team Lead will be responsible for the management and administration of various security systems, reporting tools and databases . Responsibilities Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Educate the security processes to all SOC Executives Tracking AMC and break fix calls are executed as planned Monitoring of CCTV & Access control alarms of sites in CCURE 9000 Monitoring and management of Access control System To ensure AMCs are in place with respect to Security equipment and periodic preventive maintenance are carried out for the same. Ensure badging deliverables are in place Printing and programming of various types of Access badges and maintaining related documents. Processing of Photo ID badges, verifying the appropriate service now tickets and email communication All other duties, as assigned. Qualifications Graduate with five-year experience into GSOC role with experience into CCURE access control Effective written and verbal communication skills Attentive to meticulous detail and accurate documentation. Able to remain composed under pressure. Serve as a positive team player. Able to make appropriate decisions under pressure/stress. Self-motivated and proactive attitude. Able to adapt as the external environment and organization evolve.
