POSITION SUMMARY

The ASP.NET Software Developer is a mid-level position reporting to the Sr. Software Engineer in the IT department.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or in progress)
• Exposure to front-end technologies, e.g., HTML, CSS, Kendo)
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, etc.)
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ASP.NET (preferably MVC and/or Web API) development
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization and database design
• Solid experience setting up and managing Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI/CD
• Proficient in version control systems such as Git
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tool

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using ASP.NET (MVC/Web API)
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects using SQL Server
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and unit testing to ensure code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate builds, tests, and deployments
• Document technical specifications and user guides
• Learn and apply best practices in software development and DevOps workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues in a timely manner.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and development practices
