Your Mission as an Asphalt Operations Supervisor As an Asphalt Operations Supervisor, your mission is to lead the successful execution of asphalt paving and plant operations. You will be responsible for managing daily workflows, supervising work crews, and ensuring that projects meet technical, safety, and timeline standards. Your leadership and deep knowledge of asphalt processes will be key in delivering top-quality road surfaces that stand the test of time. You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as an Asphalt Operations Supervisor Supervise daily asphalt paving or plant activities, ensuring operational efficiency and quality output. Train, mentor, and guide asphalt crew members to maintain high performance and adherence to safety standards. Inspect completed work to verify grade, thickness, and conformance to specifications. Coordinate timely delivery of materials to job sites or asphalt plants. Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of paving equipment. Monitor and enforce strict compliance with safety regulations to protect crew and public. Communicate with project managers and site engineers to align operations with overall project goals. Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as an Asphalt Operations Supervisor Minimum age: 30 years. Educational requirement: Matriculation with a 3-year DAE in Civil or related field. At least 5 years of experience in asphalt paving or asphalt plant operations. In-depth knowledge of asphalt materials, equipment, paving techniques, and plant processes. Strong leadership and crew management capabilities. Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement timely solutions. Basic conversational English required for site communication and reporting. Additional Information Job Type: Full-time, on-site across various Roads & Bridges projects. Location: Libya.
