Reporting to the Foreman, Plants & Pits, the Asphalt Plant Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a wheeled loader to support daily asphalt plant production. This role is critical to maintaining continuous plant operations through proper material handling, stockpile management, bin loading, and site maintenance. Working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, the Loader Operator plays a key role in ensuring productivity, safety, and operational excellence across plant operations.
