Description
Rogers Group is currently seeking an Loader Operator supporting Greer, SC. This position reports to the Plant Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and production excellence. Job Details: Wages start at $21.00 per hour+ depending on experience. Starting wage will be higher with verifiable experience. Fulltime/Permanent Night/Weekend work may be required Overtime available Job Responsibilities: Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation Maintain proper feed to plant and manage stockpiles Assist with plant setup, tear down, and relocation as needed Promote a team atmosphere at location and across the division Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR required Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust, etc.). Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time throughout the workday. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
