We are a family run business of over 20 years which has grown rapidly within the Asphalt Industry carrying out Commercial, Civil and Residential work. We are now at a point where we are seeking the assistance of a Strong leader to assist us with our future growth in Co-coordinating, Planning, Job Costing, Quoting, Liaising with Clients and monitoring our jobs on site including the maintenance management of our plant and equipment.
This person requires good communication skills to explain complex jobs to teams, individuals and clients.
Be a team player, working together with a diverse crew on and off site.
Be able to multi task, schedule, co-ordinate, plan, forecast and time manage multiple and various types of jobs at the same time.
Be able to Quote, Job Cost and Forecast jobs as required to ensure continuity of work flow.
Be able to carry out risk management and OHWS assessments as required.
Have a good understanding of the Industry (Asphalt) and its plant and Equipment used.
Strong computer skills required to carry out work and documentation as required.
Be flexible with times as some weekend or night works may be required, may also need to travel outside of Adelaide CBD for country jobs.
Industry specific Licences, tickets and cards will be required and drivers licence is essential, heavy vehicle and other tickets are a bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $95,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
