We are currently hiring an experienced Asphalt Paver Screwman / Screed Operator to join our surfacing team in Kildare.
Responsibilities:
Operate and control the screed during asphalt paving operations
Ensure accurate levels, thickness, and joint alignment according to project specifications
Assist in the preparation and laying of asphalt across various road and surfacing projects
Operate all relevant surfacing tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Work as part of a coordinated crew to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and fellow crew members
Requirements:
Previous experience in asphalt paving/screed operation
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work well in a team environment
Good communication and site coordination skills
A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.50-€26.08 per hour
