Job Description Lead ASPICE implementation and deployment across 5 projects Provide strong coordination, structure, and methodological guidance Ensure alignment between project teams and ASPICE process requirements Support project stakeholders in achieving compliance and quality objectives Take a hands-on role in execution when necessary During the first weeks: Focus on onboarding Define scope and key deliverables Establish a clear implementation roadmap Qualifications Proven experience with ASPICE implementation in automotive projects Strong project management and coordination background Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration Fluent English (mandatory) Croatian language skills are an advantage, but not required Additional Information Challenging and responsible role in a professional environment High-visibility role with strong impact on process quality and compliance Opportunity to work on diverse industrial projects Supportive, expert team and long-term cooperation opportunities
