Description Pay Scale: $16/hr - $21/hr Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, Sick Time and PTO after 90 days! Summary: Safely operate production assembly equipment to produce the required number of parts that meet quality standards in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Safely start, load, run, unloads, and shut down production assembly equipment Produce the required number of parts that meet customer and company quality standards in a timely manner Perform production related quality tasks such as using hand held gauges to measure or gauging parts, properly handle non-conforming material, properly label and package parts, properly complete the quality documentation system forms and comply with company calibration procedures Tends machines, such as arbor presses or riveting machine, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line Perform operator maintenance on production assembly equipment Comply with company policy and safety standards Requirements Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
