Our commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement shapes our work environment as we strive for excellence in production and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain a safe and accident-free work environment, reporting incidents as needed. - Understand and uphold ISO 9001 quality standards throughout the assembly process. - Operate various machinery in the Hydraulic Assembly department while troubleshooting as required. - Accurately document production data and any scrap occurrences in ERP software. - Communicate effectively with team members and maintain organization within production areas to meet goals. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. - Basic computer skills and proficiency in ERP software for data entry. - Strong understanding of blueprint reading and Bill of Materials. - Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment. - Exceptional communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments.
