About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Assembler for our production department. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be critical to the success of our production process. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with welding and fabrication * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles * Experience with quality control processes Responsibilities: * Assemble stainless steel products according to specifications * Test products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all safety protocols and procedures Skills: As an Assembler, you will use your technical skills and attention to detail to assemble and test stainless steel products.
