Job Description Hagie Manufacturing is seeking a qualified candidate to be part of our Assembly team in Clarion, IA. As a member of the Assembly team, you would be building various assemblies following detailed work instructions using a multitude of hand and power tools. You would be responsible for the quality of the product as well as output quantities to meet customer demand. Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures. Comply with policies, guidelines and requirements per the Quality System. Comply with policies, guidelines and requirements per the Safety System. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to coordinator or department leader. Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Ability to complete 10+ hours of assembly work with full certification Use a PC or tablet to manage daily schedule, access work instructions, digital tools and report issues Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have at least one of the following: High School Diploma or G.E.D. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience. Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 35 lbs), and performing of repetitive actions.
