The Assembler is responsible for identifying the correct component parts, working at their assigned work station and using work instructions to perform assembly procedures as required. We are looking to fill positions throughout all three shifts. First shift schedule is Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm; 2nd shift is Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm, and 3rd shift is Monday - Friday, 11pm - 7am. You will make an impact in this role by: Must read and interpret production work instructions, production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and quality plans. Uses fixed and variable measurement equipment. Locates, identifies, and retrieves components for production. Package and label productions according to instructions. Performs routine cleaning and maintenance on machines. Order count checking. Operate various types of pneumatic/power tools, hand-held tools, and torque wrenches. Operate overhead crane and perform overhead lifting safety checks. Other duties as assigned. Requirements To be considered for the Assembler role, you must have the following minimum qualifications: 1 year related experience Proficient in understanding HYDAC Quality Policy and quality objectives as related to this position. Proficient in reading and interpreting production, BOM's and quality plans. Able to use inspection instruments and inspect parts to drawing. Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED is required. 1 to 3 years’ experience in manufacturing is a plus. Safety and Personal Protective Equipment: Must adhere to all safety rules in force for the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities. This includes at a customer or supplier location. Must meet requirements for PPE in specific manufacturing areas when you are in those areas including safety shoes and safety glasses. Position Benefits: 1st Shift hours are 7 AM to 3 PM 2nd Shift hours are 3 PM to 11 PM 3rd Shift hours are 11 PM - 7 AM Hourly rate for this position is $17.50/hr.
