Description
As an Assembler I, you’ll be at the heart of creating electro-mechanical products that power a variety of customer applications. Using blueprints, engineering documents, and your technical skills, you’ll assemble components, ensure quality, and prepare products for shipment. What You will do: Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and final products. Read and follow blueprints, method sheets, and technical instructions. Ensure product quality and report defects, scrap or issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. Cross-train in other assembly areas to expand your skills. What You bring: High school diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (or equivalent). Strong dexterity for handling small parts and visual acuity for reading blueprints. Ability to lift 10–50 lbs. and stand or sit for up to 8 hours. Experience with calibrated tools like calipers, torque wrenches, oscilloscopes and gauges. Versatility to perform varied motor assembly and soldering operations manually.     #LI-JT1
