The Assembler/production worker is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces while adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics. They verify the correct quantities of component parts and quality checking completed items and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound, high-quality custom aluminum windows and doors. This is a great opportunity for individuals that are seeking growth opportunities and skill development. Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Overtime and Saturday work may be required due to business needs. Compensation: Typical starting rate is $20/hour but may be higher based on your experience and skill level. Gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials to complete assigned task. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring components. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, including wearing department specific personal protection equipment. Properly and safely operate machinery and hand tools. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related task to accomplish production results.
