ASSEMBLER I SUMMARY Assembler I employees perform basic assembly tasks under direct supervision. This role focuses on learning production processes, developing foundational technical skills, and supporting higher-level assemblers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform entry-level assembly of components and parts using provided instructions, drawings, and schematics * Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments * Inspect own work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards * Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work area * Assist in material handling, staging, and organization of parts * Document production activities as required * Seek guidance and support while developing proficiency in core assembly skills REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical concepts * Ability to read simple drawings and work instructions * Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity * Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback * Overtime determined by the needs of the business
