Description XYBIX SYSTEMS, a leading innovative ergonomic furniture manufacturer located in Littleton, CO is searching for Assemblers to join their existing team! We manufacture customized sit-stand furniture for 911 dispatch centers, medical centers, public utilities, security applications, call centers, work-from-home professionals, gamers, and more! All of our products have fitness, health, and comfort designed into them for people in these fields. We are hiring for Assemblers who is industrious, can learn fast, follow instructions and has a positive attitude to join our team. We work a 4-day workweek (10-hour shift, Monday - Thursday) and then, get to enjoy a 3-day weekend! RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to: Utilize tools and instructions provided by the company to manufacture our products. Use shop floor ERP system to record work performed. Follow existing policies, practices and procedures to produce a great work product. Learn to use ‘lean’ manufacturing techniques to ensure safety and quality. Learn how to operate a variety of machinery. Participate in improvement activities to ensure you succeed in your job and add value to your team! Requirements High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required (will train for the ‘right’ person). Understanding and familiarity working in the MS Office suite (Word and Outlook).
