We are seeking an Assembler II to join our growing PCX team. This assembly position performs a wide variety of module kitting, assembly and packaging. The employee also works as a team member in whatever capacity and job function is required to deliver a quality product to our customer in a timely fashion. You will be part of a cross functional team of nine highly motivated and collaborative colleagues. This role will be based in Rancho Dominguez and will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor. Responsibilities The assembler II will be responsible for: Perform manual assembly of units, sensors, modules, connectors, and tubing Responsible for packaging products, assembly kits, assemble and package product according to the bill of material and operation sequence per work instructions Perform SAP transactions such as good issuance, good receipt and confirmation movements Ability to read simple schematics and isometric drawings/diagrams and be able to follow the assembly drawing according to job specification Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications as stated in lot history record for assembly and verification of Sub-Assemblies and or final assemblies Perform verification and documentation review of work orders to ensure adherence to good documentation practices Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor Qualifications High school diploma, GED or equivalent required 1-2+ years of assembly experience Experience working with hand tool, power tools, testing equipment and good understanding of basic computer applications Physical Requirements: Must regularly lift and/or move 25 lbs, frequently lift and/or move 10 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Frequently required to stand, walk reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or twist What Repligen Offers Our mission is to inspire advances in bioprocessing as a trusted partner in the production of biologic drugs that improve human health worldwide. The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $20-$26. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
