Effectuer, s’il y a lieu, des inspections de la qualité sur la chaîne de transformation conformément aux spécifications de qualité. Démonter, modifier, retravailler, réassembler et mettre à l’essai des assemblages et des sous-ensembles expérimentaux ou prototypes selon les spécifications et dans des conditions simulées. PARCOURS PROFESSIONNEL DE SOUTIEN À LA PRODUCTION CHEZ MEDTRONIC : Fournit dans les installations de fabrication et/ou les centres de distribution un soutien portant par exemple sur : montage, machinerie, transformation, emballage et/ou distribution des produits de l’entreprise. Peut régler et faire fonctionner des machines automatiques ou semi-automatiques et des équipements connexes dans un site de production ou de transformation en continu. Signale tout dysfonctionnement ou anomalie au niveau des machines. Ses supérieurs recommandent et/ou ajustent les méthodes et processus. Peut être impliqué dans l’expédition, la réception, le contrôle des stocks ou le stockage des produits dans les centres de distribution. FACTEURS DE DIFFÉRENCIATION Autonomie: Contributeur individuel établi et productif Travaille sous supervision modérée, avec un encadrement et des instructions générales pour le travail de routine et des instructions détaillées pour les activités nouvelles. Sait se servir de l’équipement et suivre les procédures opérationnelles établies. Au centre de distribution, travaille à des tâches de bureau pouvant exiger une expérience antérieure. Impact organisationnel: Effectue les activités intermédiaires nécessitant jugement et prises de décision dans les opérations de production/fabrication ou au centre de distribution. Le travail consiste en des tâches essentiellement routinières. Innovation et complexité: Les problèmes traités sont des problèmes de routine qui existent habituellement dans les processus et systèmes actuels. Peut avoir à mettre en évidence des types de préoccupations/problèmes dans son propre secteur d'activité. Communication et influence: Communique typiquement avec les contacts internes à l'intérieur et à l’extérieur de l’équipe. Obtient et communique des informations qui nécessitent un certain degré d’explication ou d'interprétation. Leadership et gestion des talents: Peut donner des conseils et aider les employés nouvellement embauchés ou débutants. Connaissances requises et expérience: Une connaissance totale des systèmes et procédures liés à la production est requise ; généralement acquise par l'expérience ou la formation.
