Responsibilities 1st Shift - 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday Pay Rate $17.71/hr Pay Grade: HRJ003 # of Openings: 1 ***Preferred Candidate Identified*** Now hiring for an Assembler III at our Jacksonville, North Carolina Plant. As an Assembler you will build and assemble products and their parts, often in a manufacturing setting. You will use drawings and/or other plans to follow assembly instructions and attach parts to create the finished product. Responsibilities: Construct and fasten parts, sub-assemblies, and components by reading and comprehending written instructions to properly assemble products that meet company standards in a fast-paced work environment. Operate various machinery such as hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Utilize shop math to measure and cut materials as required. Inspect products and verify quality specifications by measuring completed components. Resolve assembly problems by adjusting dimensions or notifying a supervisor. Ensure safety protocols are followed on the assembly line. Will lean and understand production processes. Ensure that all safety procedures are followed Ensure that all production goals are met Maintain a clean and safe working environment Qualifications Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work with your hands, have good manual dexterity and work with basic hand and power tools. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. High attention to detail. Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. #LI-MI1 #LI-ONSITE
