Description Join our team as an Assembler and play a key role in building cutting-edge filling and depositing equipment. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings Position and fasten parts using screws, rivets, bolts, and other fasteners; apply sealants as required. Connect wiring, tubing, and mechanical components. Inspect work for defects, test completed assemblies for proper function; adjust as needed. Use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws). Perform basic machine calibration and alignment as required. Maintain tools and perform basic equipment upkeep. Accurately document assembly steps, issues, or productivity. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety procedures. Share knowledge and assist other areas as needed. Qualifications/Essential Functions: Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Knowledge of shop measurement. Basic paperwork and counting skills. Able to lift up to 50 lbs., as well as bend, sit, and stand repeatedly. Able to work both independently and as a part of a team. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment. Willingness to assist other departments as directed.
