Responsible for overall product assembly, quality, performance and productivity within the department as well as troubleshooting production problems, perform machine set-up and work to close tolerances, in addition to normal operator duties. Minimum Requirements: · Extensive job knowledge of the area assigned. · Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and management. · Ability to handle standard physical requirements (lifting 55 LBS objects, standing for long periods of time, ETC.) · Safety / OSHA Requirements: Must adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. · Experience with SAP/ERP programs · Operating a forklift · 1+ year of experience in Assembly/Material Handling. Responsibilities

The role is responsible for overall product assembly, ensuring quality and productivity within the department, and performing normal operator duties. This includes troubleshooting production problems and performing machine set-up to close tolerances.
