Schedule: M-TH 5:00am-3:00pm Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly DOQ   Lake Air Products Offers * Competitive Pay  * Full Benefit Package (STD, LTD, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with company match) * Paid Time Off/ Holiday Pay  * Gym Reimbursement  * Tuition reimbursement    Responsibilities * Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. * Organizes parts and subassemblies for an efficient assembly process. * Verifies specifications by measuring completed components/products. * Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; and notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources. * Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.   Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1+ years of varied manufacturing experience in Mechanical Assembly * Bend and lift, loading and unloading workpieces onto pallets, and move from one workstation to another, alternately sitting and standing * Perform repetitive work more than 9 hours per day * Ability to quickly learn new blueprints and perform all necessary measurements * Hand/power tool skills (Drill, Adjustable Wrenches, Pliers, Hammers, screwdrivers, etc.) Please note that if this position is located in our Appleton, WI facility, it may be subject to export control regulation. Unless an exemption applies, candidate(s) must be a U.S. Person* within the meaning of the law OR obtain an export control license.
