Description Schedule and Pay This position is scheduled for four 10-hour shifts (6AM-4:30PM) per week. Starting salary-$20 per hour with a scheduled increase after completing the first 90 days and on-the-job training. Summary of this position Complete assembly tasks per established time standards and methods to meet customer expectations, quality standards, and on time delivery requirements. Educational Requirements: Ability to pass Phoenix Mecano’s knowledge assessments Understanding of high school level reading, writing, and basic math Physical Requirements: Routinely required to use a hands, fingers, and arms in repetitive motions Regularly required to stand, walk, bend throughout a work shift. Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds | Occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds Consistently required to use hand or light power tools Regularly required to move (push and pull) racks and pallets of product around production floor (up to 100 feet at a time) Common PPE is safety shoes and glasses. Other PPE includes full face shield, hearing protection, protective coats, gloves, and dust mask
