Compensation Range: Base pay starting at $20/hr, $21/hour after 60 days, up to $23/hour Depending on Experience!! + $3-5k/year annual bonus (paid monthly) and NO WEEKENDS!! Hours: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm with possible overtime on Fridays. Timpte is looking for Assemblers at our David City, NE Manufacturing Facility.  We’re looking for people to perform general assembly operations on sub-assemblies and trailers and operate various equipment as needed.  Job Responsibilities •    Use of hand tools and power tools to drill, rivet, caulk, fasten and place parts and assemblies in jigs and fixtures •    Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition •    Operate fabrication equipment •    Quality inspect work from previous stations Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications • Prior manufacturing experience helpful •    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and trailer schedules  •    Knowledge to operate machines, hand tools, tape measures, cranes, and other equipment •    Ability to work with general supervision and make basic quality decisions •    Ability to work in a team environment •    Ability to learn job and be fully competent within 60 days Timpte Excellent Benefits: •    Competitive salary with bonuses! •    Benefits- medical, dental, vision plans •    401K with company match •    Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off •    Annual Golf membership •    Safety boot and safety glasses program •    Employee tuition reimbursement •    Company celebrations- picnics, holiday celebrations with gifts!
